About Wade

There are times when we can feel stuck—overwhelmed by anxiety, disconnection, painful patterns in relationships, or a lingering sense that something in our lives no longer fits. Therapy is a space to slow down and listen more closely to what is trying to emerge.

I work with individuals and couples. My style is warm, curious, and affirming, rooted in relational and depth-oriented therapy. Our time together might include exploring past and present relationships, as well as working with images, emotions, dreams, and unconscious patterns that influence mood and behavior—all with the aim of helping you cultivate a deeper sense of meaning, ease, and fulfillment in your life. I work from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, taking into account the broader social contexts that shape how you experience yourself and your relationships.

My clients include those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, and questions around purpose and direction. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and work affirmingly with issues related to gender and sexuality. I also work with men exploring identity, relationships, masculinity, and emotional expression. In my work with couples, I incorporate emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help strengthen intimacy and resolve relational challenges.
