Rates & Insurance

You deserve a space where you feel safe and supported. Let us help you create it.

Insurance

We accept:

  • Aetna

  • Moda

  • PacificSource

  • Providence

  • Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. We bill a standard practice rate of $180 per session. If you are using insurance, your responsibility may be limited to a co-pay or co-insurance.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits, including your co-pay and deductible.

If your deductible applies, we bill the allowable amount set by your insurance until your deductible is met.

Use Your Insurance—Even If We’re Out of Network

If we don’t accept your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

Many plans reimburse 50–80% of session fees for out-of-network therapy.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we’ll provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider or HSA/FSA.

Rates

For clients paying out of pocket, we offer a reduced rate of $150 per session.

We accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards, and ask that a card be kept on file for convenience.

You also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services.

Couples Therapy & Insurance

Insurance coverage for couples therapy can be complex.

Some plans do not cover couples counseling directly, but may cover family or conjoint therapy if one partner has a qualifying mental health diagnosis.

During your first session, your clinician will assess whether a diagnosis is appropriate and whether insurance coverage may apply.

  • Initial session: $150 out of pocket
  • If a diagnosis is established, future sessions may be eligible for insurance coverage

If you prefer not to use a diagnosis, you may always choose to pay privately.

Important Information About Using Insurance

Using insurance requires a mental health diagnosis to be shared with your insurance company.

If you have concerns about this, your counselor can help you decide whether using insurance or paying out of pocket is the best fit for you.
